probably took us a total of 36 man hours….. we’re slow but we’re dodgy!
did you know…..
a maruti bellhousing is slightly different to a zook bellhousing - words can’t describe the joy of finding this out AFTER getting the engine and gearbox mated up.
a maruti flywheel is slightly different to a zook flywheel - also joyous to discover this AFTER everything was assembled and the clutch made noises like a garden mulcher filled with concrete.
now that we’re not complete mechanical n00bs and we know about the “subtle differences” i reckon we could do it again in less than half the time. let’s hope we don’t find out for a long while.
